Overall Goal: Be healthy.
My story: I've never been a size 0 and i've always been okay with that. I love curves and was always taught to embrace mine. I love working out and getting results, but I love food more lol.
I lost quite a bit of weight in 2011 but gained some back when i moved. I'm back to accept that, move on and continue. I want to continue leading a healthy lifestyle.
I run.
Love Zumba and Dance.
Cardio and Weights spread throughout the day = the best.
